Located in Cowansville since 1982, Horizon pour Elle offers accessible, safe, free and confidential assistance and housing services for women who are victims of domestic violence with or without children.

Be it verbal, psychological, economic or sexual abuse, we welcome women of all nationalities and from all over Canada to regain power over their lives. (Services offered in French and English)
